These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Mokoan & Myrtle website. Purchases are additionally governed by our Terms of Sale, Refund and Return Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

By accessing or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the website. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Purchases are governed by the Terms of Sale, Refund and Return Policy and Shipping Policy displayed on the website.

We may correct typographical, technical or pricing errors. We will not impose a corrected price on an accepted order without your agreement where doing so would be contrary to law.

11. Intellectual Property

The website's branding, text, graphics, photographs, designs, software and other protected content belong to Mokoan & Myrtle or the relevant licensors. You may access them for lawful personal use but may not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit them without permission.

Content you submit must be truthful, lawful and non-infringing. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display submitted content for operating and promoting the store, subject to privacy and consumer law.

19. Dispute Resolution

Please contact support@mokoanandmyrtle.com.au first and provide details of the dispute and requested outcome. We will attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.

You may also seek assistance from Consumer Affairs Victoria or another competent consumer-protection body. This does not restrict your right to pursue a lawful remedy.

20. Changes

We may amend these terms prospectively. Updated terms do not retroactively change an accepted order unless the change is required by law or agreed with you.
